Icelandic chef Gunnar Karl Gíslason will fly to Chicago to collaborate with American chef David Posey and create a delicious Icelandic dinner menu at Elske. Together, the two chefs will prepare a four-course dinner menu featuring key components of Icelandic cuisine: lamb, dairy, and fish.
