At this year’s Taste of Iceland in Toronto, Icelandic chef Viktor Örn Andrésson, one of Iceland’s most prestigious culinary experts, will fly to Toronto to collaborate with Canadian chefs Julie Marteleira and Anthony Walsh. Named Iceland Chef of the Year, Viktor recently led the Icelandic National Culinary Team to a bronze medal at this year’s Bocuse d’Or 2017 Finale! Together the chefs will create a delicious, four-course prix fixe Icelandic dinner menu at Leña.
No meal is complete without a tasty cocktail alongside it! Brennivin‘s 2015 cocktail champion, Kári Sigurðsson, will also make the flight from Iceland to concoct unique cocktails featuring Iceland’s favorite vodka, Reyka Vodka, and aquavit, Brennivin, to pair perfectly with your dinner.
