- 1.5 oz Brennivín aquavit
- 0.25 oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar (vanilla liqueur)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz J.M. Sirop de Canne (cane syrup)
Begin by combining the J.M. Sirop de Canne, Giffard Vanille de Madagascar, Brennivín, and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain, and serve over ice in a Collins highball glass. Top it all off with soda water and a lemon twist to make the final product even more refreshing!
Puff The Magic Dragon (Teitur Ridderman Schioth – Deplar Farm, Pablo Disco Bar RVK)
- Brennivín 1.7 oz
- Heavy cream 1.5 oz
- Strawberry syrup 3/4 oz
- Lemon juice 1/3 oz
- Branca Menta 1 barspoon
Shake and double strain into a rocks glass. Top with Count Chocula garnish with a small teaspoon
Odinn (Tóta – Tapasbarinn RVK )
- Brennivín 1.5oz
- Crowberry liqueur (Available from Duke’s Liquor Box) 1 oz
- Lime juice 1 oz
- Simple syrup 1 oz
Shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Arctic Thyme springs, or regular Thyme if unavailable.
