The new cherry and black currant flavor represents Gislason’s childhood in the Icelandic countryside. This smooth, tasteful flavor joins the eight other skyr flavors including plain, vanilla, coconut, raspberry, key lime, strawberry with lingonberry, blueberry with bilberry, and peach with cloudberry.
Skyr is an Icelandic dairy product that has been a staple in Icelanders’ diets for nearly 1,000 years. Icelandic Provisions produces the only skyr in the US developed from an original Icelandic recipe.
