Tom Cruise, star of “Oblivion,” recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his new movie. The science-fiction film, which showcases Iceland’s spectacular landscapes and has been praised for its “visually striking scenery,” was released in the United States on April 19.
When the host asked Tom Cruise whether he liked Iceland, Cruise replied that he “loved it” and was surprised to learn that no one in the studio audience had ever visited the country.
Cruise also highlighted how the sun never set while they filmed in the Nordic country, and called Iceland a “beautiful country.”
