Tickets are now on sale for the Nordic Cool 2013 festival in Washington, DC! The Kennedy Center presents Nordic Cool 2013, a month-long international festival of theater, dance, music, visual arts, literature, design, cuisine, and film to highlight the diverse cultures of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden as well as Greenland, the Faroe and Aland Islands. The festival will begin on February 19 and run through March 17, 2013. Its aim is to foster an appreciation for the Nordic heritage, and to answer the question, “What is ‘Nordic?'”
