Flatey by Lay Low

'Flatey' is a live acoustic CD/DVD recording by Icelandic musician LAY LOW. Filming for the album took place on the remote offshore island of Flatey in Iceland's Breiðafjörður during the summer of 2009. A crew of four people hiked to several different locations on the island, carrying their gear in a wheelbarrow in order to record the seven live acoustic performances. 'Flatey' is only available for purchase by mail order or digital download via LAY LOW's website. Lay Low is the alter ego of Icelandic singer/songwriter Lovísa Elísabet Sigrúnardottir, She will make her North American debut on March 9, 2010, with the release of 'Farewell Good Night's Sleep' on her own Loo label.
