Icelandic Espresso Martini

• 2 oz Reyka Vodka
• 1 oz Fresh espresso
• .5 oz simple syrup (1:1)

Method: Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake, strain into a martini glass and garnish. If you don’t have fresh espresso at home, try cold brewing coffee and use that instead!
