Icelandic Espresso Martini
2 oz Reyka Vodka
1 oz Fresh espresso
.5 oz simple syrup (1:1)
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake, strain into a martini glass and garnish. If you don’t have fresh espresso at home, try cold brewing coffee and use that instead!
Reyka Southside
2 oz Reyka vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup (1:1)
4-6 Mint leaves
Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, shake, then strain into a coupe glass and garnish with either mint leaf or sprig.
