Follow a Live Tour of the Harpa on March 13

On Saturday, March 13 at 10am ET, join Your Friend in Reykjavik for a virtual tour of Reykjavik’s famous Harpa concert hall. The walking tour will also check out the Sun Voyager by the Coastline of Reykjavik. RSVP to the Facebook event here.

The Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Center is located in the heart of Reykjavik and has been in operation since 2011. It is a unique building influenced by Iceland’s extraordinary and dramatic nature. It looks as though it is made entirely of glass, allowing the building to reflect both the land and sea, as well as the bustling city of Reykjavik. The building is home to Icelandic Symphony Orchestra and the Icelandic Opera. It has four halls, with the largest one holding up to 1,800 guests.
