Icelandic chef Georg Arnar Halldorsson teams up with local chef Ron Anderson to create a delicious Icelandic dinner menu at Cuoco. Together, the two chefs will prepare a four-course dinner menu featuring Arctic Char, Cod, Icelandic Lamb and Icelandic Provisions.
No meal is complete without a tasty cocktail! Icelandic mixologist Tóta and Seattle-based mixologist Jonny Spielsinger will collaborate on unique cocktails featuring Iceland’s favorite vodka, Reyka Vodka, and the one-of-a-kind aquavit, Brennivín, to pair perfectly with your dinner.
