Russell Stuebe is one of the bartenders at Cité in Chicago. He has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years, filling roles as bar manager and restaurant manager. What he loves most of all is being behind the bar mixing cocktails and interacting with guests. He enjoys making mouthwatering martinis as well as classic cocktails (and creating a few drinks of his own).
