Martial Noguier, Culinary Director at Cité, is working alongside Executive Chef Oscar Ornelas to create a new menu for the storied restaurant. Martial is Executive Chef/Owner of Michelin’s Bib Gourmand-winning Bistronomic. He has earned three James Beard Foundation Award nominations.
