Currently serving as head chef at Mathus Garðabæjar, Fannar Vernharðsson is a highly accomplished chef who has served as a member of the Icelandic culinary team from 2011-2018, including the 2014 team that placed 5th at the world cup. Prior joining the team at Mathus Garðabæjar, Fannar was the executive chef at Vox restaurant Reykjavík.
