Matt Wickstrom

Matt Wickstrom and his wife, Aurora, created Fimbul as a way of preserving the old traditions of Icelandic food and culture. While living in Iceland, Matt worked as a chef Dill in Reykjavík. Matt and Aurora were inspired by the old farming and survival traditions in Northern Iceland and the Westfjords. They later moved back to the US and channeled their passion for Iceland into the creation of Fimbul.
