Alison Peters joined Community Attributes in 2014 after 12 years as owner of Alison Peters Consulting. As one of only a handful of women pollsters in the United States, Alison is a recognized expert in research design, strategic data analysis and message development. For more than 18 years, Alison has created and implemented best-in-class research programs for the Northwest’s most influential businesses, public agencies, non-profits organizations and community leaders including the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, City of Seattle, Port of Seattle, Puget Sound Energy, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Solid Ground, University of Washington, WSU, Washington State Department of Commerce and Washington State Department of Health.

At Community Attributes, Alison works in partnership with the larger team to integrate public perception research into the firm’s major community and economic development studies. From 2009-2015, Alison served as a Board Member for the Center for Women & Democracy and co-chaired CWD’s 2015 delegation to Iceland which included 37 women leaders from Washington state. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University and Boston College. Alison lives with her two sons in Bellevue.
