Jon Ross has been in the service industry for over 20 years, beginning as a dishwasher and server before becoming a bartender and manager while living in North Carolina. Wanting a change of scenery, Jon moved to Boston sixteen years ago to further his growth in the industry and learn from his peers to improve his cocktail craft. Jon has been at Townsman since it opened three years ago and now manages the bar.
