Tennessee native Josh Tallent found Colorado as the perfect home for his outdoor adventures and love for craft breweries. As an industry professional for 10 years, Josh has studied the art of mixology all across the country. Calhouns on the River,an upbeat University of Tennessee brewery, is where his interest originally began in 2006.  After spending time building confidence in the art, Josh started utilizing his skill as a mixologist and began traveling the country. His first stop was San Diego where he began working in the eclectic and trendy Hillcrest/North Park bar scene.

After a few years of learning the intricacy of recreating traditional cocktails with modern/indigenous ingredients, he moved to Denver in 2013. Indulge Bistro & Wine Bar picked Josh up as their Beverage Director of Events. After stumbling upon Coohills while strolling through LODO and being impressed by the restaurant’s progressive culinary program, Josh joined the team. As the new Bar Manager he has established a fun and creative bar program to accompany Coohills’ progressive French-influenced cuisine.
