Ylfa Helgadóttir, chef de cuisine and owner, has despite her young age, gained a lot of attention for her work. She has received numerous awards for cooking and is a member of the national team of chefs. She did her apprentice work at The Fish Market. Ylfa likes to work with Icelandic products and to find unexpected combinations.
