USA Today Demystifies Travel to Iceland

USA Today’s Travel Expert, Rick Seaney, considers Iceland as a great destination for those travelers look for a new, different and exciting experience. Read an expert below:

“This island nation of a little more than 300,000 people is famous for its haunting natural beauty: dramatic landscapes of glaciers, snowy peaks, spectacular waterfalls, plus grazing Icelandic horses and an amazing array of wildlife. They have a few volcanoes too, including the one that single-handedly shut down most of Europe’s airspace last year, but such extreme eruptions (and extreme consequences) are rare.”
