Thor 2 To Film In Iceland

Looks like Natalie Portman and Chris Hemsworth will be joining the list of celebrities in Iceland this year. The two star in the movie, Thor: The Dark World, the sequel to the superhero movie, Thor. It has been said that production will move to Iceland after they wrap up in England.

The director, Alan Taylor, is no stranger to Iceland as he has filmed there during his time on HBO’s Game of Thrones. When asked about filming in Iceland he said, “We feel amazing to travel to a world that looks like those we are trying to create. It gives us all inspiration.”

The movie is set to open November 8^th, 2013. Be on the look out for Thor in Iceland!
