Several Icelandic artists will be playing a free City of Music Festival Show at The Crocodile in Seattle, on Friday, Nov. 5, 2010. Mugison, Sindri Már Sigfússon of Sin Fang (formerly Sin Fang Bous) and Seabear, Lay Low and Pétur Ben.
Called ‘The Sister City Showcase: Reykjavík Calling’, the show is presented by KEXP in partnership with the City of Reykjavík, Seattle City of Music Festival, Icelandair, and Iceland Naturally, and is part of an ongoing effort to bridge the distance between these like-minded cities and introduce fans and musicians to new music.
The showcase is part of the Seattle City of Music Festival which brings together events and fans across the city for a month-long celebration of music from October 6, 2010 through November 7, 2010. The 21+ event is FREE to the public until capacity is reached.
