Icelandair recently announced their latest in-flight beer option inspired by Icelandic winters – Snæbjört! This American Pale Ale represents Iceland’s snowy season and the glimmers of light that shine through the Icelandic darkness.
Snæbjört is brewed by Boyne Brewhouse in Ireland, using American hops Azacca, Mosaic and El Dorado, and American Ale yeast. The beer is a perfect compliment to your flight as you enter Iceland’s stunning winter scene. Replacing the 737 IPA that was previously offered, Snæbjört has a sweet flavor mixed with tastes of pineapple, mango and passionfruit.
Be sure to try this delicious new pale ale on your next Icelandair flight! You can try Snæbjört on board and in the Icelandair Saga Lounge at Keflavík International Airport.
