Icelandair offers reasonably priced flights with two-day stopovers for those traveling to Europe from Alaska. During a quick stopover, there is much to see and do in Rekyjavik. The famed Blue Lagoon is one of Iceland’s main attractions with its natural geothermal pool and relaxing spa treatments.
