After a successful Kickstarter campaign and two years of production, BOKEH will be released in select theaters across the United States on March 24, 2017. BOKEH’s release in the U.S. comes after the film’s successful debut at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. BOKEH is a gripping tale of a young couple who finds themselves completely alone in Iceland after a flash of light takes over the sky. The pair must answer some of life’s toughest questions and come to the realization nobody is coming back for them.
In 2015, BOKEH was selected to be a part of the IFP’s Narrative Labs. The lab focused on teaching independent filmmakers how the post-production process works. Now, BOKEH’s creators are excited to share the final version of the film with the world. Watch the trailer for the film below!
