The Arctic Coast Way includes six peninsulas and runs 900km along black sand beaches, spectacular cliff faces, glacial river deltas and 21 quaint fishing villages from Hvammstangi to Bakkafjörður. While taking you through some of the most remote areas of Northern Iceland, the route gives travelers the chance to encounter volcanic land, Iceland’s famed geothermal baths, and the stunning Northern Lights! Recently named by The Lonely Planet as one of the top 10 destinations to visit in Europe, the Arctic Coast Way is Iceland’s latest must-do activity!
