Ben Stiller Filming In Iceland

The
upcoming remake of the 1939 short story ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’ by James Thurber is set to film in the town of Seyðisfjörður, Iceland. Ben Stiller is directing and starring in the movie, alongside Saturday Night Live alum Kristen Wiig.

With a number of scenes using Iceland as the backdrop, IMDB.com reports that the film follows “a timid magazine reporter who lives life vicariously through daydreams, who embarks on a true-life adventure when a negative goes missing.” Ben Stiller has arrived in the capital, so be sure to keep your eyes out for Stiller in the director’s chair, in front of the camera, or enjoying the capital city of Reykjavik.
