An additional 25 bands have been added to the Iceland Airwaves lineup, including American indie rock band Yo La Tengo, experimentalist, pop and folk band TAPE, the powerful and mesmerizingly beautiful El Rojo Adios, psychedelic and tempestuous artist Carmen Villain, Moon King with their harmonious and raw electric sound, and finally, Jakob Juhkam Bänd, fusing electronic and progressive rock on keyboard and piano.
In March, Iceland Airwaves announced that electronic pioneers Kraftwerk would be closing the 2013 festival, which runs from October 30 – November 3.
The full line-up, which you can find on the Iceland Airwaves website, includes 66 bands from around the world.
