Learn about the flavors that make a cocktail uniquely Icelandic with this hands-on class led by Iceland and Chicago’s foremost experts on cocktails. Hear the tips and tricks you need to know to make your own delicious cocktails featuring Iceland’s favorite vodka, Reyka Vodka, aquavit, Brennivin, and other seasonal ingredients procured from Iceland! The free class includes entry for all attendees and a complimentary cocktail for the first 60 guests. In addition to the cocktail class, guests can continue to sip on Icelandic spirits with LH on 21’s limited-time cocktail menu available for purchase during the four-day Taste of Iceland program, April 11-14.
