Just in time for award season, the Stockfish Film Festival is coming back to Reykjavik! From February 23rd to March 5th, the festival will bring together audiences and professionals alike to celebrate successes in film industries in both Iceland and overseas.
Now in its third year, the festival will feature screenings of thirty award-winning films from the past year in Reykjavik’s very own cinema, Bíó Paradís. In addition to these screenings, there will be a number of speakers, panels and Q&A sessions to encourage future collaboration between domestic and international film communities. Aspiring filmmakers will also have the chance to attend classes and workshops held by renowned directors, producers and actors from all over the world.
