Cornucopia is Bjork’s most elaborate theatrical show to date, mixing digital, acoustic and artistic elements.

One of Iceland’s most iconic artists, Bjork, is debuting her latest concert series, Cornucopia, in the U.S!

Her musical career spans over 40 years with experimentation in many different genres including electric pop, classical, and avant garde. Early in her career, Bjork was a member of the Icelandic band, The Sugarcubes. Following their split in 1993, Bjork started her award-winning solo career and has since released ten albums, multiple singles and two soundtracks.

Cornucopia premieres this spring in New York City’s newest art center, The Shed. Bjork’s performance celebrates The Shed’s recent opening as part of its inaugural season of performances and showcases. Cornucopia opens with a special preview on May 6 and continues with a total of seven performances from May 9 – June 1.

Bjork worked with collaborators to create a masterpiece with moments where acoustic and digital music come together. With the combination of these moments and stunning visuals, Cornucopia will be Bjork’s most elaborate show to date!

The performances will take place in The Shed’s iconic McCourt space, which seats approximately 1,200 spectators. McCourt has a moveable outer shell that creates a 17,000 square foot hall, perfect for large-scale performances like Cornucopia.
