Taste of Iceland in Boston | March 8-11

Taste of Iceland returns to Boston March 8-11! Stop by Townsman March 8 – 11 for a special Icelandic prix fixe menu created by renowned Icelandic chef Georg Arnar Halldórsson and Townsman chef Matt Jennings. A weekend of Icelandic culture wouldn’t be complete without rocking out at the Reykjavik Calling concert on Friday, March 9. Icelandic headliners JFDR and Sturla Atlas will take the stage at The Paradise Rock Club alongside local Boston band Air Traffic Controller for this year’s free show! Boston will also play host to other events across the city, including a screening of Icelandic short films from the Stockfish Film Festival at the Brattle Theatre on March 11. Swing by the BSA Space on the 10th to hear a special discussion about Iceland’s rich design tradition with Halla Helgadóttir, Managing Director of the Iceland Design Centre. Taste of Iceland in Chicago | April 5 – 8

Get ready, Windy City! Taste of Iceland is taking over Chicago April 5-8. Baptiste & Bottle will host a complete Icelandic menu takeover when renowned Icelandic chef Georg Arnar Halldórsson lands in Chicago, accompanied by Baptiste & Bottle’s chef, James Lintelmann. Mixologist and Brennivín cocktail champion Teitur Ridderman Schiöth will shake up some delicious cocktails featuring Iceland’s favorite spirits, Reyka Vodka and Brennivin. JFDR and Sturla Atlas return to play Reykjavik Calling at Chicago’s Martyrs, where a local Chicago act will also join the stage at the free concert. Stay tuned for more developments!
