Unglist, a free art festival specifically for artists and performers aged 16-25, has been an annual event in Reykjavik since 1992. This year’s festival will take place for the 23rd time from November 7-15. The program spans across all disciplines, from music and design to fashion, dance, photography, paintings and theatre, and reflects current trends in young people’s art.
Unglist is headquartered in Reykjavik at Hitt Húsið, the city’s cultural house for young people. The festival has played a major role in expanding and boosting various aspects of art and youth culture in Iceland.
